The pool is currently open for residents and guests.

Pool Card Pickup

If you did not collect your new pool card at the neighborhood meeting, you must obtain a new pool access card. Previous pool cards (black fobs) have been deactivated and will no longer provide access to the pool.

PLEASE BRING A PHOTO ID TO COLLECT YOUR NEW POOL CARD.

Pool access cards will only be issued to homeowners or authorized occupants listed on the Association's records. Cards will not be released to friends, neighbors, or other third parties.

Starting July 1st, 2026, you can pick up your pool card at the HOA Management Services office, during normal business hours, Monday through Thursday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at:

Paddock Point Community Pool Rules

Pool Open: May 1 - September 30

Pool Hours:

Notice: Swim at your own risk - no lifeguard on duty.

Age Requirement: No person under 18 is allowed in the pool area unsupervised.

The following rules and regulations are designed for the safety and well-being of the entire community. Parents are solely responsible for the behavior of their children, regardless of physical presence. Anyone who presents a constant problem at the pool may have pool privileges suspended. The Board of Directors and/or the Management Company have full authority to enforce these rules and may temporarily close the pool if use is unsafe (for example: storms, contamination, foreign matter, unsafe chlorine readings, or similar conditions).

Safety and Health Regulations (DHEC Mandated)

These regulations are mandated by DHEC for the state of South Carolina. Violations can result in pool closure and/or fines.

Enforcement and Access Policy

Paddock Point HOA reserves the right to revoke homeowner or household pool access for misuse or non-compliance. Damage to pool property will be billed to the responsible homeowner and will result in suspension of pool privileges for the household.
